Electronic Recycling & Shred Day

On Saturday, August 1, from 9 a.m. until noon, Alderman Margaret Laurino and State Representative John D'Amico will host an electronic recycle and shred day. The Event will be held at Colletti's Restaurant, located on 5707 N. Central Ave.

 
Bring  unnecessary paperwork and documents containing personal information where it will be safely destroyed. Please remove all paper clips, staples, and other bindings. Old electronics, batteries, inkjet cartridges, laptops, computers, and televisions will be recycled in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. 
 
There is a limit of two boxes per person, and boxes cannot be left with vendors. Shred and electronics will be accepted until trucks reach capacity. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact the 39th Ward Office at 773-736-5594.
